My students are readers! They are gobbling up books faster than I can keep up. I have a classroom library that we have been using for four years. Books are being read, traded, and even sometimes reread. The popular books are are worn out and tattered. The popular series are being fought over so we have created waiting lists. Students are looking for more books from the same author because they love their writing style. I even had to create an ISO (in search of) box so kids can drop an index card with the name and author of a book they wish for me to find. I seriously can not ask for a better situation to be in.
