My first grade students imaginations soar! These inquisitive learners enjoy picture books, games, and friends! The first grade classroom is busy with hands-on learning, cooperative groups, and furry pets. Our school is located in urban North Portland. There are 22 wonderful first graders in my class. The class is multicultural with diverse needs. We are an active bunch and enjoy opportunities to use multimedia tools and explore our creativity through art.
