Welcome to our 6th and 7th grade ELAR classroom! We meet for 90 minutes every day, and the first 20 minutes of class is spent doing independent reading where students choose a comfy location and a book of their choice to get lost in. This is our favorite time of day. When the timer goes off, you can always hear lots of groans just as students were "getting to the good part". We love BOOKS!
