I teach small groups of struggling readers in grades K-8. My students oftentimes don't have access to books at home. Their home language is Spanish, so parents are often unable to help them with homework. Since reading is hard for my students, they struggle acadamically. Even though they endure hardships, my students are wonderful, wonderful little humans! I am proud and honored to be their teacher. They deserve all the support they can get, and I am trying really hard to make their education easier and more enjoyable!

About my class
