Our school is an amazing place where students love to learn. Parents and teachers work in partnership with students to learn. My students are natural scientists and engineers. They are ethnically and socioeconomically diverse. Many students are second language learners or live in a home where more than one language is spoken. 15% of our students are English Learners, approximately 52% of our students are Hispanic, Latino, African-American, Filipino, or more than one race. 21% of our students receive free and reduced lunch and many more are live with food security issues. Our school is a safe haven for all children. It is a happy place were every child is loved and welcomed.
