Thank you for looking for opportunities to financially support the dreams, wishes, and needs of my students, school, and community. You are truly appreciated!
A little about me... I've been working as a Special Education Resource Teacher in District 186 since 2009, and I can truly say I LOVE 186! I earned my MAED from McKendree University (Go Bearcats!) in 2008 and achieved the endorsement of Exceptional Needs Specialist from the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards in 2013. Our District, and my building, have strong leadership, I could not ask for a better community of lifelong learners to teach and grow in.
I work with students who have individualized education plans (IEPs) and those needing intervention (RTI). When budgets demanded cuts, my school lost its librarian. So, I've also been the Enos Library Coordinator for the past 2 years and will be doing so for the foreseeable years to come.
