My kids are Title 1 students. They come from low-income families who are just trying to make ends meet. Many students start school before they are developmentally ready because the parents need to work. They may be 5 years old but not ready to sit for long periods of time. We are a close-knit community and are always striving to do what's best for our kids. We were an A school two years in a row!
