Since 2014, I have focused on creating a classroom environment centered on inclusivity, creativity, and the understanding that mistakes are vital for growth. My main goal has been to ensure every student feels valued, respected, and heard, no matter their background, identity, or learning style. I believe inclusivity begins with recognizing the diverse needs of students. I emphasize the importance of risk-taking and viewing failure not as something to fear, but as an opportunity to grow. Through project-based learning, brainstorming sessions, and reflective practices, students are given the freedom to explore ideas in unique ways. This helps them understand that mistakes are a normal and valuable part of the learning process. By creating a safe and supportive space for students to express their thoughts and ideas, I aim to foster their confidence and sense of belonging.
