So often my students have no idea what is going on beyond where they live and many of my students have not experienced hands on interactions with the real world... TIME for Kids and Scholastic will bring the world to my students and they will be able to learn, understand and embrace the differences and human impact we as humans have within our life. The science kits allow for hands on experience in the classroom that will excite them and make them eager to learn. Although technology is amazing and growing, I fear that students are losing out on personal experience and growth due to the ease of access with technology. I want students to experience learning through their own eyes and be excited about it on a day to day basis.

About my class
