My students deal with multiple learning struggles and the choice of being able to accommodate their own learning needs promises to enlist more excitement and creativity in our learning enironment Flexible seating communities allow for stronger collaboration, healthier relationships, and most importantly, create more opportunities for learning to be fun. Some students need to move their feet, rock back and forth, sit by themselves, or work with a partner. Multiple areas in the room designed with flexible seating allows for them to choose what is best for their learning that day. Whether reading, testing, doing a project, taking a break, or working with a partner, I want my students to be comfortable, engaged, and motivated to keep learning!
