I teach in a community partnership Public Pre-K classroom that is located in a child care facility nearby the elementary school. This is our classroom's 5th-year programming. We have 16 Pre-K children enrolled in our class. A handful of children attended the child care facility we are located in prior to the start of their Public Pre-K experience.
During this school year, our students have bonded not only in the classroom but outside of the classroom.
We have been fostering family and community relationships that have led to playdates, carpooling, and an overall stronger classroom community. Our students are creative, innovative and resilient learners. They are enthusiastic about new learning experiences.
