These materials will make a huge impact on students learning about the geography of the world. Knowing where locations are, and exploring these locations through the comfort of their own desk can open their eyes to the world. Once their educational career is over (really it is never), they will be more open to exploring the world they learned about so long ago.
The Chromebook will allow students to not only research important content, but allow a student who has difficulty writing or organizing their thought to do it in a way that supported in a 21st century approach. I have seen huge improvements on their overall work ethic by giving them options in their education.
