My goal for this year is to provide my students with the opportunity to do their absolute best in school under the most comfortable conditions possible. When focusing, some people prefer to tap their foot, hum, or move about. With these flexible seating arrangements, my students will be able to reach their highest potential by avoiding such obstacles and distractions of fidgeting and can easily and comfortably work on engaging with classmates or during silent assignments and other tasks.
Flexible seats for flexible mindsets. When many people get stumped or hit a roadblock of ideas, many times it is recommended to get up, do something and return to such task in order to get the "creative juices" flowing again. In school, this is a little more challenging to do. However, with my flexible seating goals, children will be able to fidget, slide, scoot, and wobble in a non distracting manner which will allow for all students the opportunity to perform to the best of their abilities. In addition, this ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.org project will provide multiple opportunities and options for flexible seating arrangements giving a large portion of the class proper seating for better performances.
