The use of atlases in our classroom is essential to the study of our world. The other resources in our classroom do not fully depict the information available in a World Atlas.
Students will be able to have access to various maps, charts, and essential resources to become better geographers and to become more knowledgeable of the world in which they live. Students will be able to use the atlases in class when studying the different parts of the world and their cultures. Students will be able to have access to various thematic maps along with political and physical maps of the world. This helps create a better understanding of how various factors, like location, led to the formation and development of different cultures.
