My class is made up of amazing kids coming from not so amazing home lives. Many students are English Language Learners, some have learning disabilities, and most live in poverty. Living in poverty means limited resources at home. I want students to come to school and be exposed to all the different kinds of books the classroom library has to offer. My class is a mixed group of learners and I want every single student to be sure of his or her reading ability.
