I am a Sheltered Fourth Grade Teacher, which means the students are still in the bilingual program. The students learn in English all day, however I use strategies to help them with their vocabulary and understanding. I am passionate about them enjoying school while also being challenged to meet their potential. I am always trying to learn new strategies and better my teaching to keep them engaged and interested in learning. I would love to create a classroom that the students absolutely adore. I would like their eyes to light up when they walk in the first day of school, and them always to remember how neat our room was. I would also like to incorporate more projects that the students can do more problem-based learning. I would like to create a "dream classroom".
