My first grade students are very bright and eager to learn. They come from hard working, Spanish speaking homes. Their parents want them to receive an excellent education. As their teacher, I try to provide as many different opportunities as possible for them to master the curriculum. Math and science can be a challenge, but manipulatives make learning easier and more fun.
