Hi There! As some of you know, and those of you who don't, I am a visual art teacher in Public Schools here in Louisiana. I don't need to tell you that the educational landscape for these children is challenging, especially in the arts. There is virtually no funding and whatever funding there is, it is being cut. Here's where you come in. Please help support me in providing my students with basic art supplies so I can teach my class. I think we can agree the arts are vital to education. The students I teach attend an arts integrated school yet, I don't have have the basic materials to teach my class. Whatever materials we have used, I have provided. So, I ask you all to be apart of creating a proper art studio for these talented students. Give them the opportunity to reach their full potential! Thank you in advance for your generosity!
