Going into my 4th year teaching at Burncoat Middle School, I have been able to meet some of the most remarkable students during my short time teaching. Teaching history to these students is so much fun especially when you have a variety of students that come from all around the world. My students bring in the perspectives of so many different cultures and stories into my history classroom and I love to foster an environment among students that allows them to hear how people from all around the world are different. My goal for my donors choose classroom is to allow these students who have recently moved to the United States as well as my low income population, get the materials they need to allow them to successfully learn in all of their classes.
About my class
