The pandemic and virtual learning have made a big impact on classrooms everywhere. In my classroom, I am finding that students have a wide range of learning needs when it comes to reading and writing. Some of my students are still learning to read while others are reading chapter books. Differentiating lessons for such a wide variety of needs can be challenging, but resources from Teachers Pay Teachers make it easier. With these resources, I can focus my small group instruction to cater to each student's individual needs. Resources like lesson plans, books, activities, and worksheets will help students catch up to their peers in learning as well as enrich learning. In addition, resources from TPT can be sent home with students for extra practice. Practicing reading and writing skills at home help students stay focused, advance their learning, and shine just a little bit brighter every day!
