I am requesting post it notes, notebook, stickers, pens, pencils, highlighters, pencil pouches and more. Students will each have their own pencil pouch with school materials that they can use for the remainder of the school year. Due to the pandemic, we are not allowed to have class pencils that all students can use. Rather than depriving students of their needs, I would like to create an individual materials bag with writing utensils, a planner, post-its, and bookmarks for them to use in our class for the remainder of the year. Many of my students have expressed the need for some of these items, and I would love to be able to provide them with the tools that they need to feel successful. It's enough that they have started their high school years via remote learning, I'd like to ensure that they can end the school year feeling more positive about what's to come for the next three years.
