Fred A. Toomer is a school serving a diverse group of motivated, high-spirited, loving and intellectual students! Our staff and students burst with positive energy and enthusiasm all while exploring a passion for learning about ourselves and the world around us. In my classroom, I enjoy watching my scholars be authentic in their thinking and showing their growth throughout the school-year, however, I couldn’t do this without also acknowledging the village that grows with us! Often times, I find it difficult to create the learning experience and environment my students can fully engage in without some creative turns. These endeavors are not always able to be fulfilled by the school so, teachers “outsource.” This is where you amazing donors come in! You all support classrooms, communities and educators by inspiring us to continue this work and providing materials and resources. For this, we say thank you!
