Right now, I have 8 laptops in my classroom, it's a struggle to share that with 25 students. Imagine almost every student has a tablet available for him/her to use! In the morning, they will use their tablet to practice their multiplication fluency, read E-books, or take their reading tests. Later, they can all look up a dinosaur of their choice, and use it for their research project. They could even type up their projects and share them with me. Then, instead of a boring quiz, we can all play Kahoot!, and they can have fun while reviewing. At the end of the day, students can take a video or a picture of what they learned or did, and they can share with their parents. So many possibilities are available with safe storage! With the lock & charge station, I can guarantee the safety of the tablets for my students' use. A safe home for the tablets is the first step to bringing in a great resource into my classroom!
