Learning to count is a building block skill for Math success throughout a students school career. These math centers will allow my students with the reusable supplies to practice over and over! They will be used for daily independent practice as well as for small group instruction for struggling students. These supplies will help with number recognition and one to one correspondence. They will also increase the fine motor skills of my students. In kindergarten we find that the use of play dough as a learning tool is especially rewarding to all learners!
