Working in an amazing neighborhood school in Chicago, I'm the sole first grade teacher at Jackie Robinson Elementary. This means that I get to teach every first grade student who walks in the doors! Our school is located in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the Southside of Chicago and our students are curious, kind, thoughtful, energetic and excited to be at school. Getting to be their first grade teacher is the most amazing gift in the world!
