I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BA degree in Elementary Education in 2005. I have been teaching at Mesa Verde Elementary since 2012. I taught kindergarten for two years prior to teaching third grade. Third grade has become my passion.
My philosophy in teaching is that each child is an individual. They each have their own strengths and weaknesses. It is my job to support children’s strength and strengthen their weaknesses. I believe children should be treated with respect, and I insist that the students in my class treat each other with respect.
