I teach at an small elementary school in a diverse community. The students attending this school live in a community where about half the student population receive free or reduced price lunch and where it may be a harder to afford school materials. This leaves some of the students in need of support from others outside the community. I want every single student who walks through our doors to be able to receive and use all the materials they need to learn, so that ALL students feel included and encouraged to come to school.
