My students love to read! And as our classroom library grows, so does their appreciation for different genres and authors. Many teachers, community members, and friends have donated books to our classroom library. We need additional storage space to keep our books organized. Our classroom isn't very big, so additional storage needs to also provide additional seating. Storage benches will not only store books, but also give students choices in where they read. Inflatable chairs will also give students the opportunity to sit and read more comfortably (and because they are inflatable they will not always take up the limited space we have).
Your donation will help foster a greater love for reading by minimizing book storage limitations and seating discomfort. My students are more engaged with tasks that require increased focus when they can choose where they work (and read) and when they work in a comfortable space.
