This instructional classroom filled with diverse learners need to have diverse types of material presented to them to enhance their abilities and disabilities. They have the desire and interest to learn yet without resources it makes learning harder for this population. Being in a High Risk area in Chicago teaching students with disabilities with little to no resources does a disservice to students. In the era in which technology runs wild, I believe it is critical to educate and provide my special education students with as many tools possible and resources to become more successful in life, in high school and after. Having 8 new Chromebooks would lend a hand in their learning, academically, socially, and emotionally.
