Welcome to our small, supportive classroom in Northern California. We are a first-year Extensive Support Needs (ESN) class housed within our district, instead of through the county, and our journey has been one of growth and adaptation. Our classroom is filled with students who primarily have autism, and many come from significantly low-income households. Despite the challenges we face, we are building a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment that fosters learning, emotional growth, and connection.
