Early on, it was evident that I was the music teacher of a diverse array of artists. We have instrumentalists, visual artists, actresses, singers, dancers, poets, and with your help, an entire school of composers! We are a K-5 elementary school who loves our arts! Last year alone, my students participated in three winter concerts, two orchestra performances, two small school plays, a reading night, and our end of the year art night where art is displayed and performances take place. Our school is full of artists and we are embarking on a new journey where we encourage students to create music of their own.
