The students at my school are very motivated to learn and driven to succeed at an early age. They are extraordinary students and often participate in extra - curricular activities; yet they need to be children and connect with their glorious natural surrounding and develop knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors that will help them reduce pollution, preserve our environment, and develop greater sustainability of our natural resources.
Through our outdoor studies and service learning opportunities, my young students become strong Scientists and Community Heroes. I would like my students to be able to enhance their informational studies, to document their growth, and share their studies with the use of technology. This would allow them to involve their family, local, and global communities in their scientific and environmental development.
