I have 110 students in four separate Social Studies classes. Most of them are low income kids who come from struggling families. My school is 100 years old and a lot is out dated, including materials. My students need hands-on activities to grasp concepts. 30 of my students are ESL and are learning English for the first time, so having the materials I need to help them is essential.
