Math is everywhere! I teach Middle school math including high school Algebra 1 and Geometry at a Title I school where about 90% of the students are receiving free and reduced lunch. These means that the majority of my students come from high poverty homes and/or are homeless. This makes my job even more important because I want my students to succeed and have the opportunity for a better financial status in their future than they do right now. I want to make a difference where my students really learn math and are successful through STEM.
