We have almost everything we need to get our classroom "restaurant" up and running! We are just in need of a full-sized refrigerator/freezer in order to start our project. We have a fully equipped kitchen, other than the refrigerator/freezer. This is an essential and necessary appliance in order for us to complete the set up of our project. My students will learn the importance of keeping food at certain set temperatures in order to keep them safe to eat. We will be planning our meals we will be serving and going for groceries ahead of time and need the refrigerator/freezer to store our food.

About my class
