These computers will help my students to perform in the general education class. They will be able to use the Read&Write software to assist them with their comprehension skills. The computers will also allow me to give them the same material as their peers, but with their needed modifications. These computers will make learning less stressful for students. Many of the students find learning frustrating because of their disability. With the help of the technology, this will eliminate some of the frustrations. My goal is to help them achieve their goals and dreams in life. It is understood that students with disabilities require additional assistance to accomplish many things that you and I find easy. Today's technology will allow us to bridge that gap between general education and special education students.
