My 12th grade students are Arts majors in New York City. Due to the ever increasing costs to keep Arts schools open, the school's extra funds often go to purchasing the supplies that the children would not be able to otherwise afford for their majors. Which means that after the book orders are complete in the Spring, there is not always enough money left over for extras.
