Many of my children don't have their own devices to engage in virtual learning, let alone a printer at home. Having this printer will allow me to print out worksheets and handouts to create packets from my home that I can then distribute to my students. Kindergarten is a critical time for students to develop printing and dexterous skills and aside from learning to type, being online is not conducive to those skills. My hope is that with physical copies, they will be able to practice writing letters, numbers, words, sentences, etc. With this printer and ink, I'll be able to help them learn these skills by providing practice opportunities directly from my home to theirs.
