My Special Education students are bright and capable young people who attend an inner city school with Title One status. They have various eligibilities; Specific Learning Disabilities, Autism, Intellectually Disabilities, Other Health Impaired, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and Speech and Language Impairments. Most students come from single parent homes. Some students are homeless.
