My classes consists of about 750 students each week. They come from a diverse backgrounds and cultures. My students are hungry for knowledge but we lack the resources needed to quench their thirst. We have the highest level of poverty of all the elementary schools in our area. We have quite a few students who read and perform below grade level. I am seeking a way to better service those students who are yet struggling and are not reading or performing on grade level.
