In our Half-Day Blended Pre-K Classroom, we have forty amazing students of all ability levels. Several of our students have been identified with IEPs, and three-fourths of the class come from low-income households.
This will be my fifth year teaching Pre-K in the Chicago Public School System, and I have learned through my previous years, there are many things my classroom still needs to ensure the success of ALL of my students.
My fantastic co-teacher and I are requesting donations to teach our little ones effectively. We have been without the necessary furniture, technology our students can use, and equipment to further our lessons from our first year and cannot afford to pay out of pocket for all of the things we need.
