I teach 12 students from 1st to 4th grade in special education self-contained class in Baltimore City Public School. Every student in our school receives free lunch and most of my students come from low-income homes and face many challenges both inside and outside the classroom. However, despite the challenges students may have at home, when they arrive to my classroom, their passion to learn is evident as they are ready to work hard and embrace new academic challenges.
My 12 excitable students are eager and excited to learn new things that is why I am always excited to provide these scholars with a classroom environment that encourages more engagement and fun class activities to create a learning environment that meet all their needs.
