In third grade, we read to LEARN, rather than LEARN to read.
I am excited to provide access to a variety of diverse texts and lengthen the conversations regarding themes found in TIME For Kids and within these books.
Boxed sets will provide me with the opportunity to enhance leveled intervention groups. Specifically, texts like "Ruby Bridges", and the boxed empathy set have the ability to immediately strengthen our classroom community. This year, I will be incorporating our new social-emotional curriculum into our daily schedule. These texts will straighten our lessons and classroom conversations. How exciting to take a lesson to a higher level, than with an award winning text?! Thank you in advance for supporting this much needed project!
