Moon Mountain Elementary school is a 100% Title 1 school. The school has a student body of about eight hundred students. The student body of this school has a high ELL population (student's that have English as their second language). About 80% of students are English language learners. The school also services a high number of special education students both self-contained and mainstream. Many of our students come from impoverished homes. Parent involvement is low, as most families work really hard just to make ends meet.
