I teach early childhood special education in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I work with children who are ages 3-5 with a varying array of ABILITIES including developmental delays, autism, and speech and language delays. Our Developmental Preschool Program emphasizes a focus on play, language development, discovery-based learning, and self-regulation. It takes a village to raise a child and we fully embrace this team approach, collaborating with physical therapists, speech and language pathologists, and occupational therapists to provide a comprehensive and multifaceted early childhood experience.
