I teach in a Comprehensive Intervention Program Classroom or CIP, which is essentially a very long fancy name for Life Skills. This year I have a classroom of 3 boys and 5 girls, they are in 1st through 3rd grade. My students all have mild to severe disabilities. They spend most of their day in my classroom learning academics at their level, as well as life and functional skills.
