Welcome to my teacher page!
I teach 3rd grade at a Title 1 school where the majority of my students receive free or reduced lunch. My job is not easy, but it brings me joy.
I would describe myself as creative, quiet, and analytical. My students would describe me as silly and funny--possibly because I do things like Mustache Monday and Wacky Wednesday.
Did you see my photo? I am wearing my newly earned tassel. For the last three years I have been taking one class at a time at California Baptist University to earn a Master's Degree in Educational Technology. It's been a work of love and lots of hard-work. Now that I have completed my degree, I am hoping to start "DREAM #5" for my students.
Dream #1 Start a garden (2014-present)
Dream #2 Start a STEM club (2015-present)
Dream #3 Bring Sphero to my school (2016-present)
Dream #4 Build a Magic Tree House Library (2018-present)
Dream #5 ....in the works!
