I am a music specialist in a diverse school full of curious and energetic learners. Every elementary student receives music as a specialist and middle school students can choose band as an elective credit. I love teaching music because I have the opportunity to make meaningful art with young people who want to create change in the world. My students love having the space and time to express themselves. They are devoted to learning the skills necessary to create quality music for performance.
