I have a class of 21 amazing kindergarten students at a charter school in a low-income area of California. My students love learning and are excited to learn all the letters and sounds in the alphabet, how to count to 100, and how to read books on their own. Many of my students are attending school for the first time and may be the first in their family to attend college.
