Our school is a year-round public middle school located in a small town on the outskirts of a big city. Students throughout the school come from various types of backgrounds and social settings. This turns the school into a melting pot of ideas, beliefs, cultures, and personalities. The students in our class have a variety of learning styles, needs, and abilities. Within our classroom our students learn functional skills in order to be as independent as possible while pushing themself to be the best they can be. They bring big personalities and happiness into our classroom everyday. Even though this is displayed in a variety of ways in our room, all of our students enjoy school and learning.
